These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk40 governing your access to and use of the pk40 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, PKR banking functions, bonuses, and any other products or features accessible via pk40.club. The pk40 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. pk40 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at account registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.
All Players are required to complete mandatory Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) verification as part of the pk40 KYC process. This verification must be completed before any withdrawal from the Platform can be processed. Players must submit a clear, legible photograph or scanned copy of both sides of a valid CNIC. pk40 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where CNIC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
The pk40 Platform is designed for and directed at Pakistani players. It is the responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk40 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its licensed operating territory. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk40 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique password of sufficient complexity. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify pk40 promptly of any changes.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk40 reserves the right to void all Wagers, confiscate all winnings, and permanently close any Account found to have been registered using false information.
Account activation requires verification of the registered Pakistani mobile number via SMS confirmation code. Until mobile verification is completed, certain Account features and deposit options may be restricted. Full Account functionality, including withdrawal eligibility, is contingent on successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.2.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk40 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified pk40 of unauthorised access in accordance with Clause 4.2 below.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify pk40 immediately via live chat support or by contacting our support team at the plain-text email address provided in the Contact section of this site. pk40 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
pk40 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their Account settings. Where 2FA is enabled, pk40 accepts no liability for unauthorised access that occurs as a result of a Player disabling or circumventing this security measure.
pk40 accepts PKR deposits via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank transfer. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business banking hours depending on the originating institution. pk40 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. The minimum single deposit is Rs 300. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.
Standard Account daily deposit limits apply as set out in the Player Account dashboard. Players may request a temporary increase in deposit limits by contacting support. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits may not increase those limits for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours following any reduction request, as described in Section 11.
PKR Native: Your pk40 Account balance is always held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion spreads or foreign exchange fees applied to any PKR transaction on the Platform.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification as described in Section 2.2. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on the verified CNIC. pk40 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any security review pk40 may conduct at its reasonable discretion. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, once approved, are typically received by the Player within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three additional business days depending on the receiving institution.
Minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard maximum daily withdrawal limits apply as displayed in the Player Account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps at pk40's discretion.
Where a Player Account holds active Bonus Funds subject to a wagering requirement, the withdrawal of real-money funds may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements have been met. The precise wagering conditions for each bonus are set out in the specific promotion terms applicable to that bonus.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pk40 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games as specified in the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
pk40 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate any Account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, operating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player Account without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
All sports bets placed on the pk40 Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and other markets, are subject to acceptance at pk40's discretion. pk40 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time prior to the relevant event commencing. Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player.
In-play or live betting markets are subject to real-time odds adjustments. Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to a brief delay for odds verification. pk40 is not liable for technological disruptions that prevent a Player from placing an in-play bet. Voided in-play bets are returned to the Player Account as real-money balance at the staked amount.
For cricket markets, including PSL fixtures and international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, the following additional rules apply: (a) a minimum number of overs must be completed for a match result to stand, as specified in the betting lobby for each market; (b) in the event of a match interruption, DLS method results are accepted as official outcomes where applicable; (c) player performance markets are settled on official match statistics published by the relevant governing body.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond permitted rescheduling windows, market errors, or where pk40 reasonably determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. Voided bets are settled at the stake amount and returned to the Player Account balance.

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a casino game, pk40 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player Account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk40 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all Wagers, and forfeiture of balances:

You may close your pk40 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be met or the Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a closed Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pk40 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts as set out in the Platform fee schedule, following a minimum of thirty (30) days' advance notice to the registered mobile number or email address.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk40's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk40 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Platform use, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pk40 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk40 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party system failures, or circumstances beyond pk40's reasonable control.
All content on the pk40 Platform, including but not limited to the pk40 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk40 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any pk40 Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk40. Unauthorised use of pk40 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

Formal complaints will receive a written response within five (5) business days of receipt. pk40 will make every reasonable effort to resolve formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through pk40's internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pk40's gaming licence authority. The decision of the designated independent adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
pk40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk40 will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered Players via the mobile number or email address associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of pk40's gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
